The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced that the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has scheduled Nigeria’s final qualifying matches for the 2025 AFCON against the Republic of Benin and Rwanda on November 14 and 18, respectively.
NFF in a statement stated that the Matchday 5 encounter against Benin will take place at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny on November 14, starting at 8 p.m. Nigeria time.
Issa Sy from Senegal will act as the referee for this match, with his fellow countrymen Djibril Camara, Nouha Bangoura, and El Hadji Amadou Sy serving as assistant referee 1, assistant referee 2, and fourth official.
Rene Williams Sere from Côte d’Ivoire will serve as the commissioner, while Inacio Manuel Candido from Angola will take on the role of referee assessor.
The Matchday 6 encounter with Rwanda will hold on November 18 at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
CAF has appointed Moroccan officials for this match, with Samir Guezzaz officiating as the referee, starting at 5 p.m. Assistant referees will include Zakaria Brinsi and Abdessamad Abertoune, along with fourth official Kech Chaf Mustapha.
Prosper Harrison Addo from Ghana will serve as the commissioner, and Ali Mohamed Ahmed from Somalia will be the referee assessor for this encounter.
